I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 Hour Cancellation
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. You will be responsible for "full payment" of the scheduled service if the cancellation was made in less than 24 hours.
The day before your appointment a reminder text or email will be sent to you. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment and does not call, text or email within the 24 hour cancellation time period will be considered a “no-show.” Anyone who accrues 2 "no-shows" will NO longer be able to schedule appointments with The Art of Bodywork.
Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your Therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start the treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full cost” of the session. Out of respect and consideration for your Therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
